WHAT IS Our RETURNS POLICY?​

Currently We Don’t Take Returns But Exchange Of Product Is Available.

We design our Products help you perform at peak level, so if they’re not working exactly right for you, we’ve got you covered. We provide you 7days to take your purchases for an Exchange, confidently knowing you can exchange any item for any reason within those 7days. That does not includes product bought in sale. Even after 7 days, you can still Exchange items if they’re unworn and unwashed.

The exchnage has to be first approved . For approval, series of steps will be followed which are listed below.

Any product which has to be exchanged will has to be confirmed  by raising a return request. If the request is accepted, the return process with move to the next step.

  1. In case the customer wants replacement, ie sends back the product and wants a replacement, then shipping charges for sending the replacement will be applied again.
  2. In case the shipment received is damaged, broken, incomplete, or not as it was sent to the customer, then has the complete rights to exchange their product. If the customer again wants that damaged product, then complete shipping charges will apply.
  3. Exchnage is only available if the products received are in sell-able condition. Else no exchnage will be given. The product received should be the same, complete, unused, undamaged, undamaged packing.
  4.  We reserve the right to call the customer on the entered mobile number for any order query and verification. The calls will be made between 10am – 8 pm.
  5. We will store the customer details i.e name, email address and phone number for better service .
  6. Exchange will be accepted from if the request is made within 7 from the date of delivery.
  7. Products shopped during sales are not eligible for exchange or return.
